Hi,
We need a bassist to fill out our roster. We have experience in many bands over the years and all have pro gear. Not looking to be the next Led Zeppelin. but we are looking to play with other serious musicians that can practice regularly and gig semi-regularly. In terms of gear, we use the best of the best: vintage instruments, tube amps, and all the requisite effects you would ever need: delay, wah, chorus, flanger, sonic maximizer, compressor, etc.
We like to cover the big (or not so big) 90's bands....Weezer, Nirvana, Green Day, Blink, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, etc. I also have some catchy originals we could use (maybe you do too) and I enjoy writing with other talented songwriters.
So that's what we're all about. We'd love to hear from talented (intermediate to expert level) bassists that are interested in playing 90'S COVERS. We're all easy going, profesional, fun to be around (for the most part) and looking to hang out and play with like minded people. PLEASE contact us only if you're looking for the same situation we are. The absolute minimums are: Pro Gear, Your own transportation, financially stable enough that you can chip in a couple of bucks if we need to get rehearsal space, and skills of course. Also, anyone that sings or can do harmonies well goes to the top of the list. However, even if you don't sing but play bass well, please reply. It's not a deal breaker for us; just a preference.
Here are a couple of videos to get an idea of my abilities. They're not pro shot or edited, they're one take videos I made for friends.
