After living in paradise for four years, my situation has changed and I'm returning to the US.

Consequently I must sell my gorgeous 36-acre estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean next to the protected Cerro Nara cloud forest range. This is a tranquil, private living biome where the air is clean and the rain pure. Your nearest neighbors are toucans, sloths and parrots.

Included is a new modern home (completed last May), a smaller caretaker/guest house, private road and gated entrance.

I will also be leaving behind a 2005 4wd Mitsubishi diesel pickup, tools, new 8,000 watt backup generator, cleaning stuff and some furniture--everything you need to move in and start living what Costa Ricans call the pura vida (the good life).
