I am a 3d generation builder. My paternal grandfather was a carpenter,
builder and iron worker.
My maternal grandfather was an officer in the
Army Corps of Engineers, a carpenter and builder.
My father was a civil engineer with a Masters Degree from Tufts
University. He was also a builder. I was about 7 years old
when my father and grandfathers started to teach me how to use tools,
and I haven’t stopped since then. Together, we built many homes,
projects and home improvements. Construction is in my genes.
It is what I love to do, and I would like to use my talents to help you with
your home remodeling, repairs and with your special
construction projects.
I do not drink alcohol or use any illegal drugs.
I am on time and on
budget. There will be no surprise “extra charges” when
I am working for you.

Currently,
_____I have a ¾ ton GMC Truck in Excellent Condition and all of the
Tools, and I mean all of the tools, and equipment needed.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
_____Green building materials are used whenever possible.
_____I do 100% of the work myself. No surprise sub-contractors
or people that you don’t recognize will show up.
_____I am a San Diego resident (La Jolla), homeowner
and family man.
_____Clean cut…No drugs or alcohol at all.
_____All care is taken to protect your home during construction.
_____After work each day, your home is cleaned of debris and tools are removed.
Now, I have had approximately 32 Years Experience in Home Improvement
Construction as a General Contractor – New Home Builder, Remodeling,
Renovation & Repairs. Now, smaller projects are my specialty.
My wife told me that I am getting “a little older” and maybe smaller
projects would better for now. I don’t feel “a little older”,
but I sure do love helping homeowners with their smaller projects.
Drug and alcohol free job site. I don't drink alcohol or use
illegal drugs, including marijuana.
For years in the past, I owned my own construction company
as a licensed general contractor and have
had vast experience with new homes,
