All of us need support at times. This is particularly true if you are feeling Depressed, Anxious, Angry, Confused or are struggling with a Difficult Relaptionship. Our focus will be on (1) reducing your depression, anxiety, anger or other symptoms, and (2) on discovering the underlying cause of your symptoms so you can resolve it and not be stuck experiencing it again. I specalize in Anxiety (social, phobias, generalized, etc.), Self-Worth, Depression, Relationship Issues (family or romantic) and in providing support for women going through Miscarriage, Infertility, IVF and related issues. I provide a warm, safe, supportive and thought-provoking environment. I tend to be informal, low on pretense and psychobabble, but high on support, honesty and understanding. I am down-to-earth, warm and genuine. I have experience with a broad range of problems and approaches and my clients come in all types.
