The San Diego Educational Center is seeking applicants for our FREE federally funded program. We need to help San Diego County residents get college counseling and find grants and scholarships. All applicants must be US citizens or resident Aliens with an "A" number, over 19 years old and also posess a GED OR High School Diploma.
