Flight Action Sports (FAS) is San Diego County's premier 6-on-6 adult flag football league organization. Our mission is to provide San Diego County with both competitive and recreational flag football leagues for individuals and teams who want to experience and enjoy the true passion of the sport of flag football. Our 6-on-6 adult flag football leagues allow players 18 & up the opportunity to experience an elite sports organization with the focus being on the players.

With online team and game statistics, experienced officials, exciting playoffs and all-star games, county championships, championship team awards and apparel, FAS strives to create the ultimate flag football league experience.

Poway – Thursday nights (turf)
Vista - Saturday afternoons (grass)
Murrieta - Sunday afternoons (grass)
